Send an invite
Go to Settings, then Team, and add an email address. Invites stay open for seven days and teammates are free on every plan.
Choose a role
Admin can change billing and team settings
Member can edit monitors, rules and schedules
Viewer can read everything and acknowledge incidents
Add people to the rota
A new teammate is not on call until you add them to a schedule. Ask them to set their phone number and alert order under Profile first.
